Important note about our Icons and Prayer plaques
Our icons are reproductions ancient icons, Prayer Plaques are also reproductions of our original art. For this reason, there are limitations to the resolution and photographic quality that we are able to reproduce. The thumbnail images on our website are fairly accurate representations of what you will receive. If you have questions about the specific resolution of a specific icon you are interested in, please contact us before placing your order. Please also note that, because of a multitude of possible monitor settings and lighting conditions, as well as the different color processes at work with monitors versus print, the color in the image you see on your computer screen may not exactly match the icon you receive. We check every icon before it is shipped for the proper color using professional equipment, so you can rest assured that the icon you receive will have the correct color, hue, and contrast, though it may look slightly different from the image on our website. Our plaques are designed to be displayed indoors, in indirect sunlight, under climate controlled conditions. If you have special environmental considerations for your plaques color, or durability please contact us before making your order
Returns
An item damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost. After submitting your return request, please email us a photo of the damage so we can investigate.If we need you to return the item, we will issue a return label. Received Wrong Item? If item sent does not match invoice, we will send you the correct item at no cost after the return of the incorrect item. Please package the returned item securely so it arrives back to us in new condition. Item must be shipped within three (3) days of return approval (EU customers: 14 days.) If the item is in acceptable condition, your correct item will be sent. A fee may be incurred for items arriving in less-than-new condition from abuse or poor packaging. All return requests must be submitted within three (3) days of delivery. No returns for damage caused by customer mishandling or misuse. All other sales are final. No other refunds.
Order Cancellations
Cancelations must be requested within 24 hours of the placement of the order. Payment will be refunded via the original payment method, less a $5.00 cancelation fee. Allow up to 7-10 days for your financial institution to process your refund.
